Mary Michelle Koboski joined NeuroSpa in 2025, offering medical weight loss programs with GLP-1 medications, medical grade skincare consultation, neurotoxin injections, laser facials, ketamine sessions, infusion services, and general nursing care.
Mary Michelle earned her nursing degree at North Central Michigan College in her hometown of Petoskey, Michigan, and began her nursing career in Lakeland, Florida. As a Registered Nurse with experience in Labor and Delivery at Aspen Valley Hospital, she developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered, compassionate care.
Having personally navigated her own skin concerns, Mary Michelle is especially passionate about the science behind medical-grade skincare and skin rejuvenation, striving to help patients achieve results that are both effective and confidence-boosting. She has a profound passion for creating an individualized approach to patient care and enjoys getting to know her patients personally to better understand their needs and concerns.
In her free time, Mary Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, fiance, and beloved dog, Mae. She has enjoyed learning the beauty and solitude Colorado offers.
