Cancellation Policy

Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of the full service amount. Appointments over $1500 will need a deposit at the time of booking. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. 


When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card book online or over the phone.

Please call 970-575-5933 (Willits) or 970-429-8909 (Aspen) to make changes to your appointment. If you leave a message or email asking us to cancel, this does not guarantee the appointment will be cancelled within 24hrs.

Dog Policy

We no longer allow animals in either of our medical and spa offices. If you would like to request an exception for a service dog, please fill out the form below.
