Kate is a Personal Trainer and Co-Director of the Performance Center at TAC Fitness, where she leads a team focused on elevating athletic performance and overall fitness.
Kate’s training philosophy is grounded in safe, functional cross-training for athletes of all levels. Her programs emphasize multiplanar movement patterns that reflect real-life activities while improving performance. At the core of her method is a deep commitment to mobility, stability, and movement quality—prioritizing sustainable progress and injury prevention.
Kate is especially passionate about working with women over 40, guiding them through the physical transitions of perimenopause and menopause with a strength-based approach. She designs personalized programs that focus on building lean muscle mass, improving body composition, and maintaining bone density, using targeted protocols that address the unique physiological changes women experience in midlife.
