Adriana Divo, MSN, CRNA, joined the NeuroSpa Team at both our Willits and Aspen locations in January, bringing expertise in the latest regenerative offerings and facial balancing techniques. With a deep understanding of facial anatomy, Adriana specializes in natural, refined results, using a gentle technique and meticulous approach. Look for February specials with Adriana soon!
Our newest offering is NeuroThrive, a dementia prevention planning program for those in midlife (age 35-65). The latest research shows that steps must be taken in midlife if you want to live a long and cognitively healthy life in your later years. In 2026, we continue our commitment to provide only technology and scientific offerings that are evidence-based, and safe. Unlike typical medical spas, we evaluate and update our offerings annually to ensure we offer only what you truly need. No IV or hormone cocktails. No expensive “skin tightening” or “anti-aging” treatments that don’t work. No influencer-level advice, hype, or memes. Speaking of new technology, the UltraClear® laser, the first cold fiber laser to be FDA approved for the treatment of all skin types and tones, is now offered at both NeuroSpa locations. What makes this technology so special? Our providers can customize a treatment plan that addresses all of your skin concerns (skin laxity like jowling, crepey skin due to collagen loss and degradation of elastin, hyperpigmentation, texture, tone, pore size, fine lines or deeper wrinkles) using one device and with much less pain or downtime in contrast to other similarly effective devices on the market. Plus, there is new data supporting this laser’s ability to influence epigenetic pathways, stimulating expression of regenerative genes involved in collagen and elastic production. Our nurse practitioner, Shana Light, FNP-C, joined the NeuroSpa team last year and continues to offer dermatology visits, hormone health planning for those struggling with midlife changes, and brain and body wellness visits for athletes, in addition to her neurology and aesthetic practice. Despite all of the hormone and supplement hype out there, you can rely on Shana to tell you the truth and help you understand the changes happening in your brain and body.
Over the past several months, we have partnered with NeuroBloom, a licensed psychedelic healing center, to offer safe, guided psilocybin journeys with licensed facilitators at both NeuroSpa locations on the weekends. We also continue our ketamine clinic in-house; a commitment to improving mental health in the Roaring Fork Valley, when more typical therapies don’t work.
Finally, I want to say how very proud I am of our amazing team and the work they have done to curate our offerings over the past year and for the love and respect they have for our clients every day.
